How to join and split files with FFSJ

Because almost files sharing sites is now limited to the bandwidth to upload files (typically <100 mb). Therefore, up to a movie, game with a capacity bigger than 600 Mb, Uploader used to split files to upload them to a file-sharing services online. when you download usually has two types of today's most popular:

+file type *. part1.rar, *. part2.rar ...:; were cut and join with the program Winrar many cases when the dowload of no tail. rar but instead is a character such as *. part1.abc, *. part2.abc ... then you just change to abc by rar after *. part1. extract is normal.
+file type *. 001, *. 002,*. _a, _b *.…: were cut and join with the program File Splitter & Joiner

1/ How to split files with FFSJ :

- After installing, open FFSJ select Tab "Splitting" :



- Open the file needed to split by clicking button source file:


Setup parameters according to your preference: change output directory, change number of split parts, change part limit, etc.

- Click "Split" button, enter your password if you want to encrypt the data, and wait until File Splitter completed the task. You will see the message:


2/ How to join file with FFSJ :

All split parts must have the same name, except for their extensions (.001, .002, .__a, .__b, etc.). Joining split parts is equivalent to restoring original file.
Select "Joining" tab:


Select the first split part (.001 or .__a file). Check the list of split parts from drop-down list.


Setup parameters according to your preference: Change output file, specify your split parts are in different locations, etc.
Click "Join" button, enter the password if your split parts are password-protected, and wait until File Joiner complete the task. You will see the message:
